Directions to our Office from the Nashville Airport

    1. Leaving the airport, take I-40 West toward Nashville.

    2. Go approximately 2 miles and take I-24 East toward Chattanooga.

    3. Immediately after taking I-24 East, take I-440 West toward Memphis.

    4. Go approximately 3 miles and take the West End Exit (Exit 1), heading west.

    5. Stay on West End for approximately 1 mile. At the fifth light off the exit, turn right into
    the entrance of St. Thomas Hospital and Medical Plaza.

    6. Drive around the hospital to the Seton Parking Garage.

    7. Proceed through the hospital to the Medical Plaza and Suite 309 West.
